New Xerox Black-and-White Printers Power Small Offices
June 05, 2012

ROCHESTER, N.Y.– For office workers strapped for time, Xerox’s (NYSE: XRX) new desktop printers can help them do more, faster.

Xerox’s WorkCentre 3315/3325 Multifunction Printers (MFPs) and Phaser 3320 Printer can produce up to 33 and 37 pages-per-minute respectively – with the first page coming out as fast as 6.5 seconds on each machine. For larger print jobs, an optional second paper tray lets users load an extra 520 sheets at one time, for extended interruption-free printing. A 1200 x 1200 dpi image quality gives sales materials, memos and invoices a professional look and feel.

Office Efficiencies
The WorkCentre 3325 and Phaser 3320 come standard with internal Wi-Fi connectivity so offices can place the devices anywhere, maximizing productivity and workflow.

The devices feature standard two-sided printing, which significantly reduces paper use. Business can also trim expenses with the available high-capacity print cartridges that require less frequent replacement saving time and money.

Additional benefits for busy workers include:
  • Security features, such as Secure Print , keep confidential documents away from unintended recipients
  • Color scanning features on the MFPs include scan to email, network scanning and scan to USB memory devices
  • Color faxing and speed dial
  • Remote device management easily handled from a computer browser with Xerox CentreWare® IS
Availability and Pricing
The estimated retail price for the WorkCentre 3315/3325 MFP is $449 and $599. The Phaser 3320 starts at $399. The products are available immediately.
